(Above: enjoying my cake @ St. Gery, the rest. we eat at on M, T, W)My 20th Birthday (November 9th) spent mostly in Lausanne, but also in Milan was a great experience. My friends really made it a great day. Caroline took me out to Starbucks and then Rob treated us to Chinese/Thai/Japanese food at a good restaurant. It was great to relax and be with friends. I missed not seeing my family, which is normal, but I was able to Skype with them and see them virtually.
It was also a funny day because there was a lice scare in our house. One of our friends apparently got it from an Italian train or a hostel somehow, so we went to the pharmacy and bought lice shampoo - that whol event made things interesting, but thankfully all that died down after a week or so.
