March for me has been filled with two haircuts thanks to Ashley, reading down at the coast in Vidy, watching my friends play soccer in the park, tasting authentic Swiss wines, and playing in a playground on a beautiful Spring day. Some really good friends have come to visit such as Brendan and it is always nice to show them around town and share with them what we have been blessed with for so long.
As I prepare to leave this place in less than 9 days, I can't help being somewhat somber because it is always hard to close a wonderful chapter in life. Living this year in Switzerland and traveling around Europe has done a lot for me. I have been to 11 new countries and 14 in total. Amazing friendships have been built and I have been witnessed God in numerous aspects. Seeing God's magnificent creation everyday and throughout this continent has been a blessing to me. I have grown as a person and as obvious as it may seem, I am now truly more cultured and have learned much more about the world I live in. It has been great to study world-class art and then see it in person at numerous museums.
God has been so good to me and I am so thankful for the opportunities that he has given me. It is exciting to look towards the future and wonder what he has in store.
After arriving back in Los Angeles on April 10, I will be there for a week, arrive in Texas on the 17th and then leave May 1st to drive back out to California. I will be working the Pepperdine Bible Lectures and then living in LA for the summer to work. I'll keep you all posted as the adventure continues because even though I'm leaving Europe... the journey goes on!
God bless!
